Trees on the farm

Have we figured out how long it takes the oak/fir trees to regrow once we plan the seeds? And can we buy the seeds anywhere? An

idk if you can buy the seeds anywhere, but they take a while. i planted a ton of trees like 2 weeks ago and out of about 3 dozen trees, only 2 are fully grown and the rest are at random stages, some are legit still seeds
