#Help finding sea beacon?

there's three sun stone things I need to activate and I found 2 of the beacons I need (I forget the actual names of the things). I cant find the third for the life of me! I cleared the ENTIRE area, way more than what is shown on my screen, free of trash, and i cant find it. Typically I've always found them relatively near the sun stone things. Is it possible the last beacon could be VERY far away from the thing that gets activated? If so, that's kinda annoying, because I've cleared so far and I'm not sure where else to go look.

did you give the turtle the thing it wants? i believe it's right to the side of the screen to the right

I havent given the turtle the corn yet. I'm surprised it would be locked behind a path I cant access yet. I'll try though, thanks!
