My Toolbelt and backpack are frozen, cannot navigate them via mouse scroll or keys 1-10.

This happened to me too. I think it happens when you try to eat something but instead of pressing "yes" or "no" you press esc. That's what happened for me atleast. If you have an eatable item on that hotkey just try to eat it again and press "no". If you do not have one go into "I" and move an eatable item to it and do the same.

I also gets unbugged after a while. I just move the tool I need to the spot that's blocked and wait xD
