I'm still currently stuck on Rank E- how does the ranking system work and is Rank C available in game yet?

to improve the rank you can:

#

-donate to the museum

#

-continue to clear the ocean and clean the beach up

#

complete the lake tmeple offerings

after you go to the lake temple for the quest, it unlocks one fountain shrine thing that you can interact with and put in the offerings
