I still need the watermelon, garlic and fairy rose for the Winter Bundle at the Altar. I thought this would mean that I can grow there during winter, but that doesn't seem to be the case? Will I be able to grow them next spring? This spring I didn't have the full crop range unlocked.

I think they’re available when your town is rank C, and some of them you have to buy in the fall.
