Hi, I used my key for the early bird download but when I play it simply loads the Coral Island Logo and that's it, the game doesn't load at all, i've tried reinstalling it, verifying the integrity of the files
has anyone had this issue? Not sure what else I can try

Hello, for many people this is due to their antivirus. Could you whitelist the game on your antivirus or disable it and see if that helps?

Thank you for the reply, I had thought that and previously added it as an exception but it hadn't worked
I've just retried it (I'm using Bitdefender) as well as turning it off complety (and it's also whitelisted through Windows defender) but still doesn't work unfortunately
The logo comes up but that's it, it doesn't even open the programme on the task bar or anything, just the logo stays there until i quit the app

Hmm.. I'm not sure if this is the same issue but could you try playing directly from the exe file? So go to Properties - Local Files - Browse - ProjectCoral.exe

Appreciate the ideas for me to test, unfortunately didn't work
I tried reinstalling again and this time on C Drive, as well as running as administrator, unfortunately still same, just logo and doesn't open the game at all (in task manager)
I managed to get it working, if anyway else has this issue try the following
I went to the exe file as kerbüla mentioned (Properties - Local Files - Browse - ProjectCoral.exe)
Right click and click Troubleshoot compatibility, it changed it to windows 8 compatibility, I clicked Test programme, It didn't work I clicked Next and said it didn't work, it then tried it as Administrator with Windows Vista service pack and the game then worked for me
