As per the title I have this issue, somehow auto sprint got toggled on but I can't find a way to go back to walking as default

If you press 'Esc' and go into your settings, there is an Auto Sprint option you can Enable/Disable. i had mine enabled but it is now disabled, so it's possible the settings are getting reset with updates.
