#Can animals be outside in the rain?

Wondering if animals will be in a bad mood if they are left outside during the rain. or should I buy them feed. I'd rather them eat the grass if possible. Thanks!

I let mine outside each day, currently been raining 3 days in a row, and they are all still Happy.

They can get back in if they want to. So I just call them outside and let them do what they want.

Jack the Rancher that sells you the animals tell you that they will not like being out in rain/storms. Since it's not effecting Maerya's animals it might just be that it is not implemented yet as a mechanic. I'd edge towards caution if you are just starting out with your animals, but if they are at high heart levels, just go for it?

I've been doing it in my game and they've been fine but maybe that is a bug then

I had a chicken glitch and not go back into the coop and it was mad the next day because it didn't eat. Now I keep hay in the coop even if they go outside, just in case.

They can be out , but they will be grumpy that they are wet than next day that you left them out ( only till you not letting them out again ) 😅 But not to much effect tho , not gonna lose heart , maybe lower quality stuff but thats all.

Mine definitely were grumpy that day I let them out on accident but were happy the next

They get grumpy and produce lower quality stuff, they really should up the consequences tho

What about snow? My animals seem happy with being left inside when it's snowing, but I am afraid I'm going to forget to check the weather and accidentally let them out.
