I've completed the initial part of the explore the ocean quest and now am on the Heal coral sites (5/20). However I can't go anywhere else to explore. I've found 3 areas that are all blocked by black goo. Wondering if I'm missing something or is this a bug?

Have you found the beacon thing under the trash for all the available places
