Dont have town rank c, dont have any crops.
what to do? farm town rank or just sleep until next season?

you could work towards rank c and plant crops in the second half of the season. otherwise take care of relationships, level up your skills and make new machines etc for better production next year?

you can continue to clear the ocean, donate to the museum and clear the lake temple missions

You can try planting mystery seeds and see if those work? I'm not sure as I'm not in winter yet though

for the relationships you need to work out what they like. some things they tell you , soetimes you find notes or others talk about their partners likes etc.
