How do you reposition the extractor and other machinery once it is placed down? I want to place it somewhere else but don't know how to move it

I hit my scarecrow with an axe and that seemed to let me move that, but I haven't tried this method on other items... so maybe try whacking stuff with your tools?

Nope the other tools don't work to move it

If the machinery is empty, you should be able to hit it with the pickaxes and move it
