I'm trying to plan out my farm, and have unlocked the sprinkler and realised it only covers 8 squares around the sprinkler, so 3x3 like in SV.
So I'm wondering how many squares the better scarecrow will cover? The trash one is 5x5. Also when do I unlock it?
Also... if anyone can suggest a good farm layout that uses sprinklers and scarecrows I pls share mine is a mess!

Not sure when you unlock it but you can buy it from Ben’s van shop on the weekends. They’re huge, maybe 20x20? I don’t have my game in front of me.

Yeah I just randomly stumbled across it, they're 17x17. Perfect for what I want to do right now !! The description needs fixing though as it says 'works to a radius of 8 tiles'

the description is correct since radius refers to the distance from the middle to the outermost edge, so it is indeed 8 tiles. 17 would be the diameter.
