Has anyone else had an issue with this? I have cleared all trash in the area around it and still cannot find the thing to activate it.
I think I may have found one but not picked it up before I went back to the surface so possibly that caused the issue?

I too had a problem finding a solar orb after I unlocked the first turtle. Nothing spawned in the trash behind him and I cleared the rest of the ocean too.
Wound up waiting a few days and for more trash to spawn in and the sunstone appeared in my next cleaning spree 😄
I feel like there might be some rng to it so I would just keep checking every couple ingame days

I've cleared the whole lot out. Not one piece of seaweed left or anything. I've even spent ages clicking behind things in case it was hiding behind one of the structures. It's defo not there.
