Does anyone know where I can get the winter items for the lake temple? I can't seem to find anything that has to do with winter especially the watermelons that can't grow in winter

Several of the seeds for the winter sesajen are indeed behind rank C. They’re not necessarily winter crops, either. Just do the ones you can and when you hit C you’ll be able to complete
