I feel like I'm a bit dumb, but is there a way to actually save settings so I don't have to reset them every single time I open the game?

There should be a save option at the bottom of the settings screen, I was able to use that but if you don’t have one that might be a bug

If you’re hitting E for apply and it’s reverting it’s probably a bug. I set mine to ultra and fixed my resolution etc when I first started and it’s never changed back. Just checked to make sure. Lll.

These are all I have and when I apply it and save changes, it reverts every time I open the game. I'll pop it in the bugs channel then. Thank you!

I also have to reset settings. Playing on PC Game pass. I think that might be related to that version being the alpha version, and not EA; or so I assume.

A lot of people are having similar issues with the gamepass version. From what I heard the devs are working to fix that so right now there may not be a fix to the settings issue. Hopefully they can update the versions soon.
