Mouse flickering

I played a bunch today, shut down the game normally. Game played as normal while I was playing it today. Now I'm tried playing it again and the mouse pointer is... flickering is the only way I can describe it. It is visually flickering and it doesn't allow me to click thing easily because it seems like its phasing in and out of existance of being able to click? It also wants to stay in the middle of the scrreen so it will jump back to center. I'm not... sure what's wrong? My mouse works fine on the rest of my computer and other steam games and it worked earlier.

I just saw this but I had to unplug my controller I had hooked up to my PC. It stopped after that

When it happened to me I had to completely shut down my Steam, reboot my computer and load everything from scratch again to get it working.

Omg thank you. I've tried absolutely everything in terms of adjusting both game settings and PC settings. I can't believe this fixed my issue. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
