#How many days for tools to get upgraded?

I have sent in my pickaxe for an upgrade but i have waited, i think 5 days at this point. How long does it take? did i miss something?

They should have told you how long it would have taken. When I went to upgrade my watering can to bronze, Pablo told me it would take 2 days.
