My Yahoo account was deactivated and I didn't realize until Tuesday evening after seeing it was linked to my Kickstarter via FB. So the key was probably sent to me, but I didn't get it since my email was inactive. I've since reactivated my inbox. When I input my email address into https://coral-island.backerkit.com/ , it says a survey has been emailed to me, but I haven't received it despite numerous attempts. Can my survey link be manually sent to me?

Hi there! We can't check backer information directly, so best bet would be to contact the team directly. Please email support@stairwaygames.com and include your backer information, and your situation. They should be able to confirm your backer status and help you with your EA key!
They do have thousands of emails to sift though, so it may take alittle while for them to get to you, but that's probably the best bet at this point! 🤞
