Hi there! If you have access to the email you used to back the project on, you can use that and input it here: https://coral-island.backerkit.com/ and it will email you a link directly to your Digital Downloads (you do NOT need a backerkit account to do this). Note: If you purchased the game on console (i.e. PS, XBox, Switch), you will not be receiving an Early Access Key.

If your key is named Early Access Early Bird Streaming and/or Early Access Standard, these are your Early Access keys. Both keys link to the same exact game/steam product. There is no difference between the naming convention.

If you are expecting a key, and your Digital Downloads list isn't showing any Early Access keys at all, please email the team directly via email to support@stairwaygames.com.

Hmm, that seems odd. If you can, please email the team directly via email to support@stairwaygames.com. Make sure to include your backer information, and the above screenshots.

They'll review your information and should be able to help you further!

They do have thousands of emails to sift though, so it may take alittle while for them to get to you, but that's probably the best bet at this point! 🤞
