When can we start gathering silver kelp for ourselves?

Right now I'm only finding bronze and the only silver kelps I've found have been in coffers.

I missed the season sadly so I can't give the turtle a cucumber ( I was trying to figure out what he was asking for for a while) Everything is cleaned and activated.

if the season changed it will be automatically changed as well! i missed the spring season and when i came down the turtle wants a bronze tomato

I gave the first turtle their item, but still can't find any more kelp, also can't really seem to find the last activating thingies

Yeah... it took me forever to find all of them. I wish that there was a map for diving

btw did u know that u can press x to change the spawn area? u can press it in front of the turtle so u dont have to go all the way down
