I know there's of course at least a single day limit for giving gifts to any individual townie.
Is there a limit beyond that? I seem to be struggling to be able to give daily gifts to Suki; the option is there but doesn't work. Not sure if this is a Big or if I'm doing something wrong

Aha!!!!! That explains a lot!
I guess this falls more into Feedback, but maybe if you've already hit your daily/weekly limit, it should either not show the option to give a gift OR display a message saying "you've hit your maximum gift limit" or something
Regardless, in having a blast with all the townies, they're all incredible!!!!!

currently you can check this information via the relationship tab, if it shows a tick, that means you've given 2 gifts to an npc, if not, it'll show 0/2 (for 0 gift given) and 1/2 (for 1 gift given)
