Had a quick question! In the game menu under the mastery tab I see we can put skill points and choose benefits as we level up each individual skill. Has tier 2 been added to the game for them yet, or is it just bugged that I cannot see them?
I wasn't sure and there doesn't seem to be any info for it yet online. Thank you for any and all responses. 🙂
