So I found my rewards in backerkit, but it says that it's the Alpha key from July(?) and not the Early Access key - are they the same key?

No, if you keep scrolling down is there an early bird streaming key or an early access standard key? Those are the current steam keys

I think one of the mods has something pinned to help with that, but yeah if you just see the alpha key and nothing else and chose steam, time to email them (but expect a wait since they got Swamped)

Double check you don’t have a new survey email. A bunch of us couldn’t access the new key and they had to override the survey completion to push out the keys. Good luck!
