How do harvest the crops? Clicking on them doesn’t do anything
And how do i pick up stuff like the wooden path that i placed wrong?

Are you sure they’re ready to harvest? Turnips for example look ready before they actually are lol

I thiiink you can use pickax’s to pick up stuff placed down

When they're ready to be harvested, hovering your mouse over it should suggest using the RMB (right-mouse button) to trigger the Harvest action. Alternatively, you can try using your Scythe to harvest multiple at a time (at the cost of Stamina).
