maybe i dont understand game developmemt but why are devs focusing on new outfits, furniture etc when there is so many story and cutscenes, mechanics are missing? i dont understand their priorities…
i would rather have pets, fruit trees or more animals, cutscenes, marriage before bathing suits or seasonal outfits tbh 🫤

A person on the team working on customization options is not taking time away from an entirely different person working on developing cutscenes.

I would also venture to say that the list of updates with each roadmap point are not comprehensive. There will probably be other things added along with those things that they just didn't list. For example, I asked when dating would be implemented since I did see that marriage was listed, and my response was that it would be some point before marriage. The devs like there to be some surprises, so it wouldn't shock me if we got things like new animals and trees and such in one of these updates that's just not explicitly stated :3

The bigger things like story, cutscenes, marriage, animals etc take a lot more time to develop and polish, which is why they are further down the line - I'm assuming from an outsiders perspective
