#Can't load past splash screen

Not sure if there are others that are having this problem still, but I can't seem to load the game past the splash screen.
I've tried everything that has been suggested online and in other similar posts.

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice
  • Restarted my computer
  • Verified the files
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled steam
  • I don't have any AV on my computer other than windows firewall
    Honestly, not sure where to go from here.
    Any help would be appreciated

Same issue as you. Uninstalled and reinstalled, admin mode and verified files. Still same issue on Windows 10 fully updated and with latest graphic driver.

Ok Elle dm me and said to start the game and let is run in the background for 30 to 45 mins. Then the game will launch, this will be followed by a black screen for 15 mins. I am now in the black screen stage.

Ok, after 15 mins of black screen I am in.

Okay, can confirm that it does load that way.
BUT you have to wait that time EVERYTIME YOU WANNA PLAY THE GAME

I finished day one, made sure the game saved, exited and reopened the game to have to wait another 45 minutes just to play again 😮
