#Stuck On Loading Screen After Character Customization

The game’s been stuck at the loading screen after character customization. I’ve tried closing out and reopening the game but it’s not doing anything past the loading screen
What do I do?

I had something similar happen. I just waited it out and eventually I got to the game. After that initial character creation, saving and closing out I stopped having long load times. it took about 35 minutes for me.

I don't remember but I can play wolfquest just fine and it requires the same specs as this one

Mine use AMD A9 9425 and radeon r5 512mb with 8gb ram and ssd. I know this spec is not good but i can play genshin just fine and other game that need more spec. And for a note I've set the graphics to the lowest and windowed mode etc, and in menu or characters customisation the game just run smoothly but when it load to the game after making characters it's sooo loong and i cant even get into the game
