Anyone tried making sprinkler II? Whats the difference between sprinkler I and sprinkler II?

I made a sprinkler II. When I go to place it it doesn't show the effect radius like sprinkler I but I assume if not now then at some point it will have a bigger radius. Currently the description is the same but that's true for the scarecrows and the radius is different in practice between the makeshift one and the regular one.

FYI - I think its bugged/not complete. Right now Sprinkler II provides the same radius as sprinkler I>
