Can you place multiple blueprints at once?

trying to place the coop, and having difficulty. Not sure if it's because I have something else building (mill) or if it's because something is blocking the blueprint

Building placement is super finicky. You may need to keep trying. You often have to drop it RIGHT next to your character.
