Hello,
I have the double double pack for steam and I am trying to install the game. I accidentally put the standard key to activate then the early bird streaming key. I keep getting an error that says "steam failed to install (connection time out)". Is this because I put the keys in the wrong order? Please let me know how to fix this.

There's no "order", you got two keys for two people. You've used the key that isn't activated until tomorrow.

I realized my mistake and used the correct one that would allow me to play today, but an error popped up saying product code already used and to download it after pressing next. Next was not available and I clicked finish. After a bit an the error box popped up.

Hello! Unfortunately, once you have redeemed one, Steam won't allow you to redeem the other since they are technically the same product. I apologize for the confusion this has caused!
