Do they exist in EA yet? I have a few townsfolk to 3 hearts and I can't figure out how to trigger their events.

It varies by character. Frex, if you have Millie at 1 heart, go to the lake on a sunny day.

I got Noah first heart event but that's it

I know Theo has one at 2 Hearts
Millie has one at 1 Heart
