Hi, maybe I'm just dumb, but I unlocked the recipe for bait after leveling up fishing and went to my backpack to craft it, but it doesn't show up anywhere. Do I need I special crafting table or something?

There will be a few recipe/blueprint unlocks that don't actually show up as craftable; those items just aren't implemented yet.
(similarly be wary about crafting the Yogurt Machine if you unlock it. As of the last Alpha version, you could build it but when trying to place it, it would vanish, wasting the materials.)
