no keys despite previously getting alpha keys and other rewards

I've verified that I have recieved nothing from Backerkit in spam and both locations and am not sure where to place a help request at this time. I have previously recieved the keys for Alpha for myself and my friend whom I backed this game for. And the rewards of backgrounds promised by the pledge level, but since then nothing.

Hello, if you chose PC as your platforms, you should have EA keys available in your BackerKit account on the Digital Downloads page. Many folks didn't receive emails with keys, but were still able to access them there

Thank you! New question then I guess, there is the Stream Key ans the Standard Key, are those for the same product or is this because I backed for two copies? My friend is eager waiting for me to forward her her copy too.

The stream key and the standard key are both Early Access keys! The only difference being the stream key allows you to start playing now, and the standard key will be available to play starting on the 11th

Then does this mean that my friend and I, for whom I backed at a level for Two copies, would not be able to play at the same time which was our goal? Because she and I were wanting to play and chat while playing. Makes less sense to have two alpha keys and yet only one key available for now and one for two days

They're both Early Access keys that will be available indefinitely! Starting the 11th you'll both be able to play, just the "early bird" streamer key is available now, and whoever redeems the standard key will have to wait until the 11th to play. Early Access is technically starting on the 11th, the early bird was meant to be a "thank you" to Alpha players, but Steam wasn't able to generate enough of them for everyone, so they had to only give 1 to each order unfortunately
