Hi, sorry to be a bother. I purchased the edition that gives two keys one for a friend and one for myself.
I received two different keys for the alpha which worked for me and my friend, curently I only have one key for the early access, is the key supposed to be multiple use or do I need to wait on their key a bit longer

All the Early Access keys for alpha players have been distributed. If you do not see a second Early Access key in your digital downloads, please contact the team directly via email at support@stairwaygames.com and they should be able to assist you further ^^

Soo what exactly is the number you're looking for? My boyfriend didn't get an early access code (well 2 actually) and we're not sure what number you need to check up on that..

You do not need a backerkit account to see your digital downloads. Please refer to the pinned message in #🐣alpha-chat regarding Early Access keys! It also shows how to see your digital downloads without an account! ^^
