Want to change pledge platform

I thought I had pledged 1 Switch key and 1 PC key with the double double pack but I haven’t received an early access key. I’ve sent an email but I’m not sure if asking for help here might be faster. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Do you still have your email that sent you the alpha key? For many people the EA key showed up in the link in that email 🙂 Might want to give it a shot.

I just searched for "Coral island" and it showed up 🙂 Otherwise you can search for Stairway games.

Update: still need help. Im only seeing Alpha keys and not any EA keys so I’m guess I was correct in saying that i somehow didn’t select a PC key like I thought I did.

Hello, I'm sorry I'm just now seeing this thread. You should be able to see your survey answers on BackerKit to see if you did select PC for any of the platforms. If you did not and wish to exchange your keys, while I can't guarantee they'll be able to, you can request a platform swap from the team via email at [e-mail].
