I redeemed the alpha but I only have the early access

If you already redeemed a Early access key then you won’t be able to redeem another on the same account. If you have not redeemed an early access key and you are getting errors I would try reaching out to steam support to make sure it is not something on their end. If everything looks good there then please reach out to support@stairwaygames.com.

I was able to download the game, I just can’t play it

This is a new one! Have you tried re-verifying your steam files? Sometimes this helps. Right click on coral island, select properties , go to local files and click verify integrity of game files.
