#Email problem and keys

So, I find out that my old email was the one I used for back coral but I do not have access to it anymore, like at all, I've changed it on kickstarter but now I'm a little bit scared that I will not have my keys since the survey might be sent to the wrong email.
any idea on how I could fixed it?
Ps: I tried to log in on backerkit, but never really used it before and it didn't work probably because of the old email again =/

Hi! Please try to input your backer email here: https://coral-island.backerkit.com/ and see if you're able to access your digital downloads list. You do not need an account with backerkit to do this. mochabow

I've tried it but the problem is the same, my new email didn't work, when I input my old email it says that they sent the survey on that email, but I can't check it since I do not have access to that email =/

Best bet would be to contact the team directly then, please give your backer information and proofs to support@stairwaygames.com and they'll do their best to rectify your situation as soon as they can. mochabow

ok I just did that, I thought that was the best thing too, what type of proof can I give though? I gave my contributor number on kickstarter, my old email, that I took pioneers pack, what else could I give?

So quick update, the support ask me if I wanted to change the old email for the new one, and ask me my pledge number for confirmation, since then no more info, I guess they have a lot to do so I just need to wait no need to worry for now?
