I haven't received an email yet and the keys are not available in the digital downloads section of my backerkit. Is this when I should send an email?

Heya! You can find it on kickstarter. Go to the Coral Island project, click view pledge then scroll down. Backer ID should be listed on the bottom 😄

This may be a dumb question but do I need a early access key if I’m not streaming it or does everyone get an access key?

only alpha backers get it early, everyone else can redeem it but not use it til oct 11

definitely email them about it! i never got an email, but it was on my backerkit luckily

i redeemed the game so it shows up in my steam library (idk how it works on other platforms), but you cant download anything yet, so you can wait to redeem if thats your preference. i was just curious if it would let me

I can find my keys in the final review page when clicking on the project on backerkit, but I have yet to get an email from backerkit with the keys, and for some reason coral island doesn't show up under my kickstarter pledges so I can't find my backer ID for the email to support. Even if I have the codes on backerkit I would like the email so this is a little frustrating

For some there is a delay in receiving the email notification. Remember that thousands of emails were sent out at the same time. I still have not received mine but I do have my keys.

Keys have been distributed, but if you haven’t gotten yours and have already sent an email to [e-mail] for assistance. You will need to wait for them to respond. They are working diligently to get through the emails. It may time a little time.
