Multiple Keys from Pack but only one shown on Backerkit?

if you had multiple keys (because of the pioneer pack for example) how do you see which plattforms you chose? cause Backerkit only shows me one "Early Access Early Bird - pending" and i am way too scatterbrained to even remember what i chose (hopefully both for Steam but i have no idea)

Hmm, in that case, probably email the team at [e-mail] and ask them to check your key preferences.

If it's console and not pc, it may be too late to swap key preferences now, but doesn't hurt to try!

I had another question to piggy back onto this.

I received a Streaming Key and a normal access early access key, and am Pioneer. That is both of the codes, yes?

Yes that is my question too, I assumed i'd get two keys, is this the two keys? And if so do they both give the same access but only one will let you stream on twitch etc? Seems odd

So, the EA Streaming keys are the ones that you can activate now and play now, the standard Early Access keys are the ones that you can activate now but play on 11th of October!

i have these two different key-descriptions and am confused what that even means 😅 what about people buying multiple keys for other people to play too, are the other keys just not valid unless you're a streamer?

This is a technical issue - I've pinned a post in the alpha chat about it! Don't redeem the standard key just yet!

im confused too, they sent 1 each even though i had been the double, double pack and had previously got two alpha keys so i assumed it would be 2 eas keys and eaebs keys but they only sent 1 each of those 🤔

ohhh they pinned in the alpha channel theres a hiccup with the keys 😄 so im just waiting and not redeeming anything yet

Held off on redeeming as well, as I had the $85 tier. I was under the impression we'd get two codes. Checked back 5 hours as per, and the bakerkit still shows the 1 code for early bird and standard. Just wanted to see if anything had changed as of yet. Thanks : )

At this moment, if your multiple keys are still different (i.e. You're expecting 2 Early Birds but only have 1 Standard and 1 Early Bird), please contact the team directly via email at [e-mail] with your backer information, and they'll do their best to convert your standard key to an early bird.

Just to confirm:

Say we backed a tier to give us 2 early-bird keys. But due to the bug, I have 1 early-bird and 1 standard key.

If we redeemed the early-bird key but not the standard key, would the bug issue be able to be resolved (ie, the standard still being able to convert into an early-bird?)

I know I saw that if you redeemed the standard when it should be an early-bird there was no way to resolve it. But didn't want to redeem our only early-bird if both keys needed to be unredeemed until the bug was fixed.

If you redeemed the early bird it's all good, the key change is only for standard and will not be affected if you redeemed your early bird key
