We’ve got a bit of a problem with our Sentry access.

Right now, login is only possible via SSO (SAML), but unfortunately the SAML certificate got accidentally deleted

Because of that, we’re completely locked out. We already tried using the general Sentry login (sentry.io/login/auth/), but it just redirects us back to the SSO login page organization.sentry.io/login/auth

Is there any way to temporarily disable SSO or recover access so we can reconfigure SAML?

as reinaldy said, contact us and we will remove the SSO enforcement
