Filters for personal issue alerts

Hey there, I was wondering if there's any way to setup filters for personal issue alert notifications? I can't seem to find anything under settings/account/notifications/alerts.

Use case is: My boss would prefer to just get issues from Production, while I dont mind getting it from all environments.

Oh, maybe it just have to change how the actual project alerts are setup, so that they hit a group without him
