Hi, I'm aware that you've got 2 data locations, EU and the US, but I was wondering if it's at all possible to have my data hosted somewhere else for compliance reasons? I'm aware I can self host but I saw someone in a forum talking about contacting you to see if you can sort it out for me. Thanks!

EU and US regions are the only ones available. If you need anything else then self-hosted is indeed the way to go. Since the forums are pretty old content is definitly possible they were talking about the EU/US regions we have now that were not available back then.
Do you have any special reasons why you are asking this question? Is there a specific juristiction you need to be in?

Yes, I think those are your only 2 options right now if they insist data needs to stay inside Canada unfortunately.
