Have you tried using this "Number of users affected" in the trigger of your alert rule?

Hi,
Can I change the alerts rules so that it will send email alerts only if an error is happening many times for multiple users, and not for a single one? I get a lot of emails when there is an error is escalating, but it is almost always happening only to a single user, and it is no relevant for me
