I have noticed that profiling fires up only when user opens app on specific route, but not when he is navigating inside app without refreshing it. Can it be changed somehow?

im not super familiar with SPA navigation.
for the browser profiling to start it needs a header to be in the response, possibly it is not picked by the library when navigating pages

the SDK does not have additional configuration options as the library is still in beta
