#No feedback on zendesk tickets

When I create a zendesk ticket from within the Sentry UI is says a ticket is created but nowhere can I see the progress on the underlying zendesk ticket nor do I receive any mail regarding the ticket. How is this intended to work from within SentyUI created tickets?
