strange salmon
I'm having an issue with understanding how Spend Allocation feature work. I think I have a very simillar case to this one: https://discord.com/channels/621778831602221064/1133022226527035472 but it looks like this problem was addressed.
In our organization we have a project (id: 1459556) that has allocated 100k performance events. We used 66k from this limit and 100% of "un-allocated transactions pool". I'd expect that this project will still have its 34k to use. But we observe that all performance transactions are now dropped.
What's the reason that this project can't report performance transactions anymore?
