Accurate Transaction Counts with sampling?

We would like to have accurate TPM total and per endpoint.

We have sampling at a very low rate (eg 3%) because it's very costly otherwise.

We don't need complete data per transaction.

Is there a setting to allow us to have accurate TPM with sampling?

No, but you can use a metric

As in, you can emit a metric from the SDK that tells you the TPM

but you won't see it on the performance dashboard
