a few weeks ago voicemod had a different soundboard panel, and the keybinds worked different. If you pressed a keybind twice, it would stop the sound. Now it just repeats it.

Is there a way to get the old functionality back? I don't like having to press a different keybind to stop the sounds.

another thing that i find a bit anoying is that multiple sounds play at the same time when hitting multiple keys? i have my sounds bound to numpad and some sounds are activated by using pad1+pad2 etc. but what happens is that it plays what's on pad1 and/or pad2 at the same time as pad1+pad2. any advice on what to do?

Hi all, can someone help, with the new voicemod update, it seems that the soundboard feature doesnt stop previous sounds if you select another? Is there a way to fix this? Ive selected the option to mute other sounds but it seems that say i play a 1min sound then interupt it with a 10 second sound, once the 10 second sound ends the original sound is still playing

the new update

previously it upon starting a new sound it would just stop the previous played, but now that they have allowed overlapping on sounds it can be frustrating, far as i can see no way to stop that overlap aside from clicking the individually mute other sounds part in each sound

So ive asked previously and didnt get a response and ive seen many other members ask the same thing. Sounds obviously can mute each other but say sound 1 = 20 seconds and sound 2 = 10 seconds. You press sound 1 then sound 2, sound 2 mutes sound 1 but then when it has ended sound 1 is still playing. Its clear to me there is 0 option to fix this but can someone answer if this is been worked on and if this is likely to come in an update soon

I used to be able to interrupt music sound bits with a N U T button and it's not working anymore. So you're saying even with the per sound playback mode we can't get it like V1?

As it stands, I Also can't figure out how to edit Volume without manually going through All of them, and they play Every time I click their icons so they've become Incredibly cumbersome to use, especially since they don't just play to me and it's Incredibly annoying to edit them now without fully muting myself.

@versed marsh There's no longer a main volume slider for the soundboard. It's been replaced with a separate volume slider for every sound. Click on a specific sound and you'll find it on the right.

I have a question. I added some sound to the soundboard and I have a volume thing that put the audio at 50% by default but even if I put a like 10% the sound is pretty much quiet in my ear but other people in game or discord keep hear the sound insanely loud is there a way to fix it ?

Yeah in sound board I have an opition to lower or increase the volume and its 50% by default but if i put at 10% so I dont earrape other people it's the same thing.. it only change the volume for my self but not others

so I sometimes get this issue where (once voicemod has loaded up) when I use the soundboard it works fine but for some reason I can't hear it myself. Anyone know a fix to this? Also I deleted and reinstalled to try and fix the issue which didn't work (yes I restarted) and I have also found myself back on voicemod V1 which i don't like as much.

I am still having the same issues and the tech support email has been of no help with it taking a week for a reply. Everything worked fine in v1 but since the v2 update any soundboard played in discord or in game is super low. every windows setting has been checked as well as all volumes in voicemod turned up. This was never an issue with v1. Can i get some help or a way to revert to v1?

Well yeah, but it's not that easy to find the right one

They're located in %localappdata%\Voicemod\memes\48000 (just search it from the start menu)

All the files are just a number followed by .dat, so if you want a specific one you'll just have to manually check.
