Yea thing is DR-H is meant to play aggressively with high mobility. So the first build boosts BSA which allows for maybe longer range battles without it going to the trash (DR-H has one of the worst BSAs since with OTM it can 3 tap). However a few seasons ago it was buffed so the mono build allows for great range, suppression, and without going negative on BSA.
