Emote shards are obtainable through tournament crates, weapon shards by playing zombies, and the clan wars operator skins - Firebreak, Iskra, Ronin, Farah - are obtainable from participating in clan wars
Some operator skins, like the Vivian skin in your inventory, have less chances of returning, unfortunately
